In Jiangxi, Zhang Quanqian signed confirmation the previous winter to donate her father’s body, later searching social media to see whether students at Gannan Medical University had encountered him as an anatomy donor. On March 26, 2026, relatives and medical student representatives attended a Qingming memorial for body and organ donors at Qingshan Cemetery in Nanchang.
