Include the ThreadEast URL, the original source URL, and a concise description of the issue. Source operators and rights holders should state their relationship to the material.
Editorial review
An editor checks source provenance, translation, status, and relevant policy records. Content may be hidden while a sensitive report is reviewed.
Visible resolution
Confirmed errors receive a correction timestamp and note. Source history remains in the internal audit trail rather than being silently deleted.
